Role Sharing – Positive Play Sign

One of the most lovely things about watching positive play between dogs is their desire to make the games fair – even though one of them might have a significant advantage (eg size).  Have you ever seen a game of tug o’ war between an older/bigger dog with a puppy/smaller dog?  When the play is positive, you will see the puppy or smaller dog allowed to win, despite the advantage of age or size from the other dog.  Dogs know that for a game to be fun, everyone needs to have a turn at winning.  🙂
